Cougar IT Services Limited is a provider of business and internet related services such as web hosting, website design and IT support. This agreement sets out the terms which have been agreed between Cougar IT Services LTD and the Client for the provision of such services and shall be supplemented from time to time by schedules setting out specific details of such services requested by the client. 1 Definitions 1.1 Managed web hosting includes support and fixing of issues related to the web hosting service; it does not cover support and training on how to use the service. 1.2 Website development includes a website template to define the look of the site including styles for fonts and colours, also included is basic training for one person on how to use the content management system to update the site. 1.3 Google Apps Setup provides setup of Google Apps for one domain and up to 50 users, including setup of DNS records and custom URLs. Note that an annual fee is payable for each Premier account and is not included in the setup cost. 1.4 Google App Premier first account includes a second account for administration purposes; this administrator account may not be used by the user and is required for us to manage you Google Apps domain. 1.5 Google Apps Premier (first and additional) accounts are charged per user per year and include support for resolving service related issues. |
